Catherine "Cat" Marks has worked for the past 14 years in business consulting, and has a talent for translating principles from Occupational Psychology to business-focussed client solutions. She is dedicated to defining and delivering solutions that meet specific client needs and the highest quality standards.  Cat has consistently demonstrated her ability to quickly build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues, deliver business focussed solutions and maintain high quality in training and consultancy delivery.

Her client work has included working with organisations at a strategic level to identify their business drivers/ future business needs and build robust assessment processes to assess individuals’ readiness to deliver against these (clients include Energy companies, Financial Services organisations, Global Food and Beverage companies).  Cat has extensive experience of assessment for executive selection, development and talent management. She has a talent for translating assessment feedback in a way which directly speaks to the individual’s personal needs as well as the client organisation’s business needs.

Cat has significant experience in training delivery, having facilitated around 100 workshops for clients in the public, private and educational sectors. She has a first degree in Psychology and History and a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology and Organisational Behaviour.
